Product ordered incorrectly:
If a product(s) or service was ordered incorrectly by the account manager Airnow Technology will collect the product(s) and re-issue a replacement within 3 working days- providing the stock is available.
If product(s) or services are ordered incorrectly from the End User the Account Managers discretion will be used in order to rectify the situation, this process will satisfy both parties and will be agreed to by both parties.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
If the product(s) ordered by the customer is discontinued by the manufacturer the product(s) cannot always be returned. For more information on this contact us at email@example.com
IIf a product is damaged when you receive the parcel you must make us aware within 48 hours of delivery. If the end user makes us aware outside this timeframe a resolution is not guaranteed.
If a product(s) packaging box is damaged for us to guarantee a refund, please log the damaged parcel with the driver. This will assist us dispute delivery with the courier.
Before a refund can be issued Airnow Technology holds the rights to rectify the issue, if the end user is still unhappy with the product or service only then will a refund be discussed.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a 5 – 10 working days or credit your account for your next order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
