Vision 2023 and Beyond

2023 is the year of growth for Airnow. We are within the top 10 fastest growing IT Resellers in UK, in the first full year of trading we have delivered in over 3.6M of revenues, servicing over 100 Large enterprise and public sector clients and have delivered over 1200 orders to our ever-growing customer base.

We are investing heavily in staff, training, systems, and personal development through the Airnow Technology organisation.

The long-term vision of the directors of the business is to become a Super VAR delivering world class service, amazing customer support and long-lasting partnerships across the Airnow Technology Brand

We are here for the long term and what has been achieved in a very short space of time is testament to the staff and the leadership through the very company that you see today.

Our targets for this year are very simple, we want to be known not for turnover, number of customers, number of staff as all those metrics will come naturally. Our key objective is customer and staff happiness. We want to be the company that everyone’s talking about, not just our fiscal results but how good we are at our jobs and general customer experience.

Our Green Journey

We are leading the way with our green responsibility. As a business we recognise the importance of our overall green credentials. We offer a range of WEEE collection Services to our customer base. Any items which can be re used we distribute to locals schools and charity organisations, anything that cannot be re used it is destroyed in accordance with our waste carrier licence. We are aiming to be carbon Neutral by 2025 and our environmental policy is available upon request.

Our Distribution Hub

Distribution

Our Distribution hub is conveniently located in Milton Keynes, often known as the logistical gateway of the UK.

Our Milton Keynes distribution centre has been designed to offer unparalleled freight services across the UK, Europe and beyond.

We have direct accounts with major couriers such as DPD, UPS and FedEx. We also offer same day courier services for you urgent deliveries.

Not only does this distribution hub provide outstanding stockholding and logistics, but it also houses our state-of-the-art configuration centre providing our customers with IT hardware configuration.

As this facility is over 6,000sqft Airnow Technology can also offer stock bonding services, so for the larger projects if you don’t have the facility to store goods then Airnow Technology can now offer this as a service.

Build room / Configuration services:

From installing disks, memory, software images and much more, Airnow Technology’s configuration services located in the Milton Keynes hub have you covered. Our highly trained technical engineers coupled with our state-of-the-art configuration centre can assist in all aspects of any configuration services that you need. With Airnow Technology and our proven service skill set you can reply on a one-stop shop for full project management based on a repeatable, proven methodology with standardised processes and documentation. We can facilitate multiple site deployments to speed time to market, scaling from low level imaging to full cabinet integration and remote connectivity for final configuration.

No matter your stage in the technology lifecycle, we offer the services and solutions that equip your business to make better decisions — saving you time, money, and headaches in the IT life Cycle.

Procurement
A unified procurement experience enables you to buy, track and manage purchases all in one place, we will provide all the relevant tracking, invoicing, delivery notes and commercial invoices if shipping outside of the UK.
Integration and deployment
When rolling out new technologies across your business We’ll configure devices to your specifications and manage setup across locations. This combined with our configuration services will ensure a full turnkey solution.
Maintenance and warranty
Control costs and reduce downtime with our extended warranties, repair and replacement services, and secure disposal. We offer Tier one vendor warranties from the likes of HPE, Cisco, Dell and many more but we also offer 3rd party warranty break fix support contracts. We also have the relevant WEEE licences and Transit licences.
Devise as a service (DAAS)
Airnow Technology, in conjunction with our trusted partners, can offer our customers Desktop as a Service or DAAS for short. This is a simple way to adopt
Asset disposition
Airnow Technology will assist you reduce risk and remarket retired hardware securely with compliance and reporting — all while protecting the environment. Once devices have been securely wiped, with your permission, devices which are no longer sufficient for your business, we will make charitable donations to local schools and charities alike. If devices cannot be reused these are disposed off in line with all the WEEE regulations followed.
